Recently, the School of Marine Science and Technology opened applications for graduate student workspace positions. To
assist new applicants in settling into the graduate workspaces, on October 29, the Graduate Student Council organized a
cleaning effort for the common areas of the two graduate workspaces and the areas designated for graduating students.

During the cleaning process, in addition to removing garbage, the Graduate Student Council also organized and registered
the unclaimed items in the graduate workspaces. They prepared and issued a notification for all students to claim these
items, which helped prevent the accumulation of clutter in the graduate workspaces and created a more comfortable and
safe learning and working environment.

This activity not only made students recognize the importance of keeping their workspaces clean and comfortable but also
allowed them to experience the sense of accomplishment that comes from being grounded and participating in labor. It
encourages them to start with small actions in their daily lives, collectively creating a better and more comfortable learning
and working environment! This activity not only made students recognize the importance of keeping their workspaces clean
