“Tianjin University Online Service Hall”system(hereafter referred to“Service Hall”)is developed by the Telecommunication Network Center with the purpose of improving the administrative service level in Tianjin University, optimizing the working procedures, and providing online services for the two campuses. “Service Hall”, through the release of the detailed information of such service categories as service introduction, working procedures, and forms download, provides the working guidelines and front services. On the basis of “Service Hall”, some corresponding “Online Working”System will be established constantly.
With the active coordination of the relevant departments, recent work has been done concerning the development of the system platform and the collection and management of services as well as the information classification of over 280 service.
In accordance with the working arrangements, “Online Service Hall” is planned to be under data testing on April 22,2015.
